Yes, we do offer free shipping.

In Canada, shipping is free for over $75

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply if your location falls within a remote part of Canada.

We ship out of the Greater Toronto Area.

Shipping charges vary depending upon your location and shipping service that you select.

Products are shipped out within 1-5 business days from the Polar Rush warehouse.  Our website displays an estimated delivery date on all products, along with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.  Sorry, these dates are NOT guaranteed and of course exclude time delays caused by natural disasters.

We cannot assume responsibility for alterations in the shape, textures, or forms of products resulting from the transportation process. This encompasses potential changes such as the melting of chocolates and candies in transit to warmer destinations, as external factors like weather conditions are beyond our control.

Likewise, we acknowledge the delicate nature of freeze-dried sweets, which may be susceptible to crushing or breakage during shipping due to their inherently fragile composition. It is important to note that, under no circumstances, will we entertain refund or replacement requests for damages that are inherent to the shipping process and do not impede the customer's ability to savour the product as intended — for its flavour.

If items incur breakage during transit, rest assured that the taste remains unaffected, delivering the same delightful experience as when the products were dispatched in their intact state.
